Gymnastics Birthday Parties
Weekend two-hour birthday parties include coach-led gym activities, setup and cleanup, and time for food, cake, and celebration. Choose from three packages based on the amount of gym time, party-room access, and decor support your family wants.
Deluxe parties include a custom balloon garland, personalized banner, premium table setup, party host support, keepsakes, and loot bags for every guest.

Birthday Packages
All prices are before HST. Each package includes coach-led gym activities and celebration time.
Up to 10 children
A straightforward party package that covers everything you need for a great gymnastics celebration.
- 2-hour party with 1 hour of coach-led gym activities and 1 hour to celebrate
- Coach-led warm-up, gymnastics stations, obstacle course, and group games
- All setup and cleanup included
- Celebration time takes place in the main gym area; the Basic birthday party package does not include access to the private party room or refreshments
- Napkins, cutlery, cups, and plates provided for children
- Parents provide food, cake, drinks, and any additional decorations or loot bags
Up to 16 children
Everything in the Basic package, plus more gym time, a private decorated party room, and special touches for the birthday child and guests.
- 2-hour party with 1 hour 20 minutes of coached gym time, full-party access to the private decorated party room, and 40 minutes reserved for food, cake, and celebration
- Coach-led warm-up, gymnastics stations, obstacle course, and group games
- Private decorated party room access for the full 2-hour party
- Balloons arranged in your colour of choice
- Birthday child receives a Leap t-shirt to keep
- Leap loot bags included for every guest
- All setup and cleanup included
- Napkins, cutlery, cups, and plates provided for children
- Coffee and tea for up to 16 parents and juice for up to 16 children

Optional add-ons
Available by request and confirmed with staff before the party. Approved add-ons are added to the final party payment.
Applies when the guest count is above the package maximum. Maximum child capacity is 24 children total for all packages, including add-ons.
Subject to availability and staff confirmation. Approved extensions are added to the final party payment.
Booking Policies
Birthday parties are available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons for children ages 4 and up.
$100 deposit
Required at booking to hold the date. The deposit is refundable only with 15 days' notice. The remaining balance and any approved add-ons are finalized with staff and paid online at the party.
15 days' notice
Cancellations and date changes need 15 days' notice and remain subject to availability.
Helpful reminders
- Leap is a nut-aware facility.
- Parents must wear socks in the viewing area.
- All gym guests need a signed waiver.
- HST is additional on all party packages.
Book online
Birthday parties are offered Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00–3:00, 3:15–5:15, and 5:30–7:30. A $100 deposit reserves your party. Our team confirms your package, approved add-ons, and remaining balance with you, and final payment is completed online at the party.
