Cancellations and Withdrawals from Programs
Recreational Fall to Spring Programs
Families who wish to cancel or withdraw from a Recreational Fall to Spring Program must provide 15 days' written notice by email.
The cancellation or withdrawal will take effect 15 days from the date Leap Gymnastics receives the written notice. Families are responsible for any fees that fall within the notice period.
Program fees are not prorated for the current month or billing period. For example, if notice is received partway through a month, the fees for that month are not refunded or credited.
If the program was paid in full, any fees already paid for future months after the withdrawal takes effect will be refunded, excluding any non-refundable fees, such as the Gymnastics Ontario fee where applicable.
If the program is paid by monthly instalments, future instalments after the withdrawal takes effect will be cancelled.
Leap Gymnastics does not charge a cancellation or withdrawal fee. However, Gymnastics Ontario fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once processed.
Cancellation Before a Recreational Fall to Spring Program Begins
Families who wish to cancel a Recreational Fall to Spring Program registration before the program begins must provide 15 days' written notice by email before the first scheduled class.
If at least 15 days' notice is provided before the program begins, program fees paid may be refunded, excluding any non-refundable fees, such as the Gymnastics Ontario fee where applicable.
If less than 15 days' notice is provided before the program begins, the first month or billing period is not refundable.
Once the program has started, the regular Recreational Fall to Spring withdrawal policy applies.

Competitive program withdrawals are reviewed separately and may be subject to the terms outlined in the athlete's competitive program agreement.
Missed competitive classes are not eligible for make-ups, refunds, or credits.
